Our catalog is built around three pillars: longevity (NAD+, glutathione, methylene blue), peptides (sermorelin and GLP-1 weight loss, with more added as the catalog grows), and women's optimization (bioidentical HRT).
How do I know which protocol is right for me?
Start with what you're actually trying to address. For energy, focus, or general longevity: NAD+ Longevity (From $199/mo) or Glutathione Foundation (From $150/mo) are where most people start. For deeper sleep, faster recovery, or a leaner build: Sermorelin (From $239/mo). For hot flashes, sleep disruption, or other perimenopause/ menopause symptoms: HRT (From $179/mo), where a provider routes you to the right components at your online visit (estradiol patches, progesterone, optional topical estradiol). How is this different from supplements?
Everything available through Pepvio is a real medication, compounded by a licensed pharmacy after a licensed provider reviews your intake. NAD+ injectable, sermorelin, estradiol: none of these are available over the counter. The compounding pathway is the same one longevity clinicians have used for decades; what's different is that the consultation, prescription, pharmacy, and monthly delivery are bundled into one subscription instead of four separate vendors.
How are the protocols priced?
The cheapest way in is a longer plan: GLP-1 weight loss starts at $129/mo on its yearly plan, and peptide protocols at $150/mo (Glutathione on a six-month plan). Billed monthly, PT-141 for Women is from $161/mo. NAD+ Longevity Protocol is from $199/mo. HRT is from $179/mo. Glutathione Foundation is from $150/mo. Sermorelin and PT-141 for Men are from $239/mo. Methylene Blue Cognitive Protocol is from $269/mo. Longevity Bundle is from $399/mo. Where you see “from”, the price depends on the form you pick at your online visit: a nasal spray is our entry tier, and an injection costs more. Most protocols also offer quarterly or longer billing at a lower per-month price, and which options you see depends on the form you choose. Your doctor review and shipping are always free, so you only pay for the compounded medication itself. GLP-1 Weight Loss is priced on its own locked ladder (semaglutide from $129/mo, tirzepatide from $159/mo on yearly plans) and the price never rises with your dose. Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. Everything Pepvio prescribes is a prescription medication written by a US-licensed physician, and prescribed drugs are qualified medical expenses, so you can pay with your HSA or FSA card. Every protocol carries an HSA/FSA badge.
If your plan administrator asks for supporting documentation, your prescribing provider can issue a Letter of Medical Necessity on request.
Final eligibility is determined by your individual HSA or FSA administrator. Pepvio provides itemized receipts for all subscriptions, which you can submit for reimbursement.
How do I get started?

You'll complete a brief questionnaire about your health history and goals, and a licensed provider will review your intake, typically within 24 hours. If appropriate, the provider issues a prescription that's sent to a partner compounding pharmacy. Your medication is then shipped directly to you.
Where is Pepvio available?
Pepvio's affiliated prescribing providers are licensed in all 50 U.S. states. Pepvio is currently available only in the states where compliant pharmacy fulfillment is also available.
Patient eligibility is verified during intake based on the patient's current physical location, shipping address, provider licensure, medication type, and partner pharmacy licensure. Patients located in unsupported jurisdictions are blocked from proceeding with payment, treatment, and prescription fulfillment.
Who fills my prescription? (Partner pharmacy information)
Prescriptions are filled by our network of licensed U.S. pharmacies. The dispensing pharmacy's name and contact information always appear on your medication's label and packaging. Partner pharmacies include GoGo Meds (525 Alexandria Pike, Southgate, KY 41071, 1-888-795-5826).
Can I cancel anytime?
